1. Overview

Welcome to Creator Cut. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our video editing and design services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Creator Cut is a trademark of Clare&D Ltd, providing specialized high-engagement assets for digital creators.

2. Services

Our services include video editing for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, as well as graphic design for Carousels. We offer different tiers (Starter, Growth, Unlimited) to suit various creator needs. Each service package includes defined quantities of assets and revision limits as specified in the selected plan.

Creator Cut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any project prior to acceptance, or to discontinue work on any project after acceptance, for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about the nature of the content, feasibility, or fit with our services. Where a project is declined before work begins, no charge will apply. Where a project is discontinued after work has begun for reasons other than Prohibited Content, Creator Cut will provide a pro-rated refund for uncompleted work.

3. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All prices are stated in GBP (£). By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fees to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through direct email at info@creatorcut.co.uk.

4. Intellectual Property

All Creator Cut brands, logos, service names, and assets used to provide the service are the intellectual property of Clare&D Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or brand identity without explicit written permission.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

You retain full ownership of all raw footage and source materials you provide to us. Upon final delivery and full payment, ownership of the edited assets is transferred to you for use on your personal or business social media channels. We reserve the right to display edited work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested.

Creator Cut's editing and design services must not be used to create, edit, produce, or distribute any content that is degrading, exploitative, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, promotes violence or self-harm, infringes on the intellectual property or rights of any third party, or is otherwise unlawful or harmful ("Prohibited Content"). Creator Cut reserves the right to refuse any project that it reasonably believes involves Prohibited Content, and to terminate any ongoing project immediately upon discovering such content, without refund of work already completed.

6. Revisions & Turnaround

We aim for a 48-72 hour turnaround for standard edits. Revisions are subject to the limits specified in your plan. A revision constitutes minor adjustments to the delivered edit; major changes to scope or narrative may require a new project request. We work on one active edit at a time to ensure maximum quality. All footage, briefs, and project requests submitted to Creator Cut will be reviewed before being accepted for work. Submission of a project does not guarantee acceptance. Creator Cut will confirm acceptance (or decline a project) within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours of submission.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months already billed. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle. Trial periods, if offered, are strictly limited to one per customer.

8. Liability

Creator Cut provides editing services but is not responsible for the performance (views, engagement, revenue) of your content. We are not liable for any copyright infringements related to materials provided by the client, including but not limited to music, sound effects, or stock imagery not supplied by us.

Creator Cut will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing its services but does not guarantee specific results, such as engagement, views, or follower growth, arising from edited content.

9. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and process all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Footage uploaded to our portal is used solely for the fulfillment of requested services and is stored securely for a limited duration post-delivery.
